Pokémon Omega Legends
Pokémon Omega Legends is a clan, founded by Eeveelution and Darkklaw, most presumably on September 14th 2011.
Goals, achievements and influence[]
Unlike most clans, their main goal is not competition. They grouped together to strengthen their bonds of friendship, and work together to improve Omega and its community. It has probably been the most influential clan in the Pokémon Omega history. First of all, the first clan other than Pokémon Omega Staff, Darksiders, was disbanded because of the creation of this clan. This being because Darkklaw, their founder, is one of the founders of this clan. They started gathering people to join their cause, eventually lowering the member counts, and thus Trainer Points of several of the top clans, if which some even lost leaders, one even a founder. This caused the entire order of the Clan List to shift, and led the Pokémon Omega Legends to the first place in less than 24 hours. Due to losing members, activity and eventually purpose, some of the top clans were disbanded. This includes the Elite Trainer Alliance (ETA) and Death Gods Clan (DGC). When the only not banned founder of Psycho Psyducks, rowan99 left to join POL, he left the clan in charge of one of its leaders. But as the main group of members in this clan consisted of permanently banned people, who were eventually kicked by staff, the clan died, and was eventually disbanded too.
The Omega Legends were also the first clan to conquer the Battle Mansion Clan Day, but with their main goal not being competitive, and have created many helpful threads on the forums.
The clan is also considered a secondary Staff Clan by some people, as it is currently home to 7 staff members, (if counting (Grovyle) as one) one of the founders being among them, and their main goal is to help the community.
Trivia[]
- The name of the clan is partially based off a player named 'dashsmash' sending Darkklaw a funny PM, claiming that he was a legend.
- There was a joke conversation going on about renaming the clan Poop Squad. This was eventually done, it was only for a short time though.
- The clan has their own website, chat and forums, accesible and open for everyone. Swarm logs are also kept on the website, and there's a collectors checklist with all available pokemon.
